Shed Fat
The key for the body to burn fat for fuel is to provide an alkaline environment so that it can release un-needed fat from storage which was being utilized as a buffer for acid.
Provide your body’s internal environment with the proper pH (7.36) and your body will shed excess fat deposits in addition to preventing all major illnesses.
A majority of all diseases need an acidic environment to proliferate. If you have an alkaline internal environment, disease processes will not proliferate.
What creates acid: Stress, Animal Proteins, Sugar, and Poor Breathing
Your health and fitness are a direct result of the health of your cells. The sole purpose of eating and ingesting nutrients is to feed your cells.
Breath
- Survive 2 minutes without air
- Majority of the blood in your lungs is in the lower lobes
- Oxygen must reach lower lobes to oxygenate blood to feed muscles
- Lymphatic drainage occurs with deep diaphragmatic breathes
- Chest/Neck breathing vs. Diaphragmatic breathing
- Crocodile breathing

Water and Live Food
- Survive about 10 days without water
- You can lose 50% glucose, fat, protein but only 20% water
- 70% of earth is made up of water, 70% of your body is made up of water, 70% of diet should be water
- pH of water needs to be at a minimum of 7 (pH scale)
- The body needs to be at a pH of 7.36
- Alkaline Booster to raise your pH
- Dangers of Acidic vs Alkaline environment (Cancer, Heart Disease, Bacteria/Yeast)
- Fat deposits due to buffering of Acid

Aerobic Power
- Health vs. Fitness
- The quality of your life is the quality of the life of your cells
- Proper amounts of oxygen, each cell not only performs its own specialized function but also produces ATP that fuels the body.
- Aerobic Training means with oxygen
- Moderate exercise sustained over a period of time.
- Builds endurance, supports the heart, lungs, blood vessels and aerobic muscles.
- Burning fat as your primary fuel
- Anaerobic Training means without oxygen and refers to exercises that are sustained for short bursts of power.
- Anaerobic Training burns glycogen as its primary fuel and causes the body to store fat.
- Heart Rate training (70% max heart rate)
- Polar H7, iPhone compatible

Maximum Nourishment
The body is a bio-electrical organism which runs on electrons. In order to create pure energy in your cells you must provide high bio-electrical nutrients to your meals.
- Break-Fast: Start your day with live foods – green vegetables, green juices, non acid producing foods, and low sugar fruit
- Bio-electric charge of food (MHz)
Canned food: 0
Chocolate cake: 1-3
KFC 3
Big Mac 5
Vit/Min Supp 10-30
Raw Almonds 40-50
Fruits 63-75
Green Veggie 70-90
Fresh Wheat Grass 70-90
A Rose 320
Super Greens 250-350
- Bio-electric charge of body parts (MHz)
Tumor 30
Liver 55-60
Colon 58-63
Stomach 58-65
Feet 65
Heart 65-70
Brain 72-78
- Protein poisoning, USRDA 60g per day, actual 20%
- Protein pools
- Eat enough protein to replace skin, hair, nails
- Mother’s Milk: 1.2% protein (when we are growing the fastest)!!!!
- Broccoli is 46% protein, 100 calorie serving provides 11g protein compared to steak which provides 5.8g of protein per 100 calories.
- 20 parts of Alkaline dissolve 1 part acid
- Alkaline foods: Green veggies, bell peppers, cucumber, Kale, Spinach, Lemon, Lime, Strawberries, Asparagus, Broccoli
- Salmon has Omega 3 which will allow buffering of acidity
What are Alkaline Foods?
An alkaline diet emphasizes alkaline foods such as whole fruits and vegetables and certain whole grains, which are low in caloric density. Healthy Alkaline Diet Foods involve the ideal balance between acidifying and alkalizing foods.
The body includes a number of organ systems that are adept at neutralizing and eliminating excess acid, but there is a limit to how much acid even a healthy body can cope with effectively. The body is capable of maintaining an acid-alkaline balance provided that the organs are functioning properly, that a well-balanced alkaline diet is being consumed and that other acid-producing factors, such as tobacco use, are avoided.
How many Americans today follow a healthy diet and regularly engage in other health-promoting activities?
The standard American diet is highly acid-forming, overwhelming the body’s mechanisms for removing excess acid. The staples of the American diet are meat, dairy, corn, wheat, and refined sugars (all acidifying foods). At the same time, the diet is notably deficient in alkalizing fruits and vegetables.
The alkaline diet greatly reduces this acid load, helping to reduce the strain on the body’s acid-detoxification systems, such as the kidneys.
Here is a list of Alkaline Foods, especially High Alkaline Foods:
- Examples of Alkalizing Vegetables: Beets, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Peas, Peppers, Spinach
- Examples of Alkalizing Fruits: Apple, Banana, Berries, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Melon, Lemon, Orange, Peach, Pear, Watermelon
- Alkalizing Protein: Almonds, Chestnuts, Tofu
- Alkalizing Spices: Cinnamon, Curry, Ginger, Mustard, Sea Salt
Note: a food’s acid or alkaline forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. Although it might seem that citrus fruits would have an acidifying effect on the body, the citric acid they contain actually has an alkalizing effect in the system.
